Translation

After receiving a formal education in both English and Spanish from a very early age, I have acquired knowledge of the subtleties of language and the challenges that idiomatic expressions can present. The material that you submit will be translated taking into consideration, not only proper grammar, but also the most accurate phrasing in the target language, producing a text that does not read like a translation.

I have a professional background, therefore I am equipped to meet the linguistic needs of international companies, manufacturers, advertising firms, legal offices, and import/export firms.

Interpreting

I have been professionally trained as a simultaneous conference interpreter. I have interpreted in several forums, from community meetings at the municipal level to international conferences in South America. I have also been working as a Certified Court interpreter in the State of California for the past 20 years.
